Conor McGregor is the owner of a brand new $1.75 million luxury villa located on the southern coast of Spain in Marbella, according to Daily Mail.
The new pad, set on the La Resina country club estate in Marbella, is part of a brand new development for the super rich, and has even been dubbed the "Superstars Cul de Sac" as Denmark's famous goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen and Irish soccer star Steven Carr also have homes in the gated residence.
According to Daily Mail, these luxury villas are said to have been meticulously designed to adapt to today’s lifestyle, combining the latest home smart technology, a lift throughout all floors, a wine cellar and pool access from rooms. Each villa is situated in front on the 4th, 5th and 9th holes of the La Resina Golf Course, right in the heart of the Golden Triangle, "between the white washed old town of Estepona and the luxurious port of Puerto Banús."
McGregor's Marbella villa offers a number of jaw-dropping amenities including views of the Mediterranean and across to the north coast of Africa. Additionally, the spot features an LED lit driveway, a home theater, a glass panel floor in the kitchen allowing a view of the underground wine cellar, sunken fire pits and outdoor lounge areas alongside the infinity pool, and a master bedroom that has direct access to the pool. Of course, there is also a customized gym and a home spa.
The 29-year old MMA star is set to appear in court on June 14 in New York, stemming from an assault charge for his actions at the UFC 223 media day last month.
