The investigation continues.

Yesterday, Tiffany Haddish mentioned in an interview that an unnamed actress bit Beyoncé on the face at an after-party the two were attending. Predictably, this sent the internet into a frenzy, and the notorious Beyhive quickly mobilized to action, launching an investigation trying to determine exactly who it was who had the audacity to bite Beyoncé on her royal visage.

One such target was actress Sanaa Lathan. Lathan felt the need to clear her name, writing a tweet denying the allegations and claiming that if she had bit Beyoncé, "it would've been a love bite."

Chrissy Teigen also felt the need to proclaim her innocence, though she did admit that it sounded like something she might have done, to the point where she had to confirm with John Legend that it actually wasn't her.

Haddish, taking matters into her own hands, posted a picture on Instagram explaining why she's thus-far refused to name the face-biting actress. While she confirmed her devotion to the Beyhive, her experience witnessing Beyoncé mercy first-hand is what stopped her from going the distance. She writes, "The Queen 🐝 kept me from doing something half of you Bees would have done no matter what." That doesn't mean, however, that she's declining to defend Beyoncé, writing that "...no matter what she has a Unicorn🦄 that has her back."

So it seems that the Beyhive won't be getting any more leads out of Haddish, but that's unlikely to slow them down any time soon. This investigation might not slow down until justice for Beyoncé is served.
