A judge has finally given Juelz Santana the green-light to move back in with his baby mother, Kimbella and their kids.

This past year has been rough for Juelz Santana. The Dipset member's legal drama this year has been a major roadblock in both his career and his personal life. The rapper was placed on house arrest at his mother's home and wasn't allowed to move back in with his baby mother, Kimbella and their kids until he attended anger management. However, it looks like things are a bit better for him as the judge just gave him the greenlight to move back home.

According to The Blast, the judge in Juelz Santana's case has given him permission to move back in with Kimbella. Court documents show that the judge signed off on new modifications to Juelz conditions of release while he's out on bond. The order allows him to move back in with Kimbella and their two children. He was previously prohibited from moving back into their home.

Juelz Santana has much more freedom than before now that he's under home detention. The rapper is allowed to leave his house for certain reason but he'll have to call for approval beforehand. He'll also have to finish anger management and domestic violence counseling. Juelz is also free of having to submit drug tests.

This comes after Juelz Santana pleaded guilty to the possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and carrying a weapon on an aircraft. The charges carry a max. sentence of 20 years in prison, although its unlikely he'll be behind for that long. His sentencing will take place on December 12th.
