Katie Holmes just can't seem to get over Jamie Foxx (queue "I'm Sprung" by T-Pain). According to US Weekly, Holmes is "smitten" over Foxx. A source close to the couple told the publication that “She has fun with him when they are together. It’s a relationship that works for her.” Although Holmes appears to be in love with Foxx, the feelings don't seem to be entirely mutual. The multi-talented artist was seen partying with his ex on July 4th, and has denied being in a relationship with Holmes in the past. For the holiday, Holmes was in Ireland with Suri, her 12-year-old daughter with ex Tom Cruise. Publicly, Foxx prefers to keep their relationship on the low. Weekly reports that he was also spotted partying amid break-up rumors with numerous ladies.
“No one understands why Katie loves a man who can’t seem to commit or why he’s publicly humiliating her like this,” the source continued. “Everyone just wants her to take care of herself and to be happy. But she won’t let go of Jamie. When Katie and Jamie are together, it works. It’s weird, but it’s what works for them.” The source also claims that Foxx's shining personality is what has Holmes falling.
