Stormy Daniels can't get her name out of the press, even when she wants to. The infamous porn star, who is entangled with Donald Trump's legacy, is more than just an adult actress. She enjoys performing live as well, and we would assume that a dancer of her infamy must charge a mountain of cash for a private dance. According to TMZ, Daniels was performing at a strip club in Columbus, Ohio called Sirens on Wednesday night when she was arrested for letting a patron touch her body.
According to an Ohio law known as the Community Defense Act, only family members are allowed to touch a nude or semi-nude dancer. An undercover police officer grabbed Daniel's breast and she allowed him to motorboat her. She was arrested for allowing the contact and released this morning (June 12) on a $6,000 bond.
Daniels' attorney, Michael Avenatti, took to Twitter to defend his client, calling the operation a set-up. "Just rcvd word that my client @StormyDaniels was arrested in Columbus Ohio whole performing the same act she has performed across the nation at nearly a hundred strip clubs," he wrote. "This was a setup & politically motivated. It reeks of desperation. We will fight all bogus charges."
