Whether you are a supporter or staunch critic of the 45th and current President of the United States, you are likely to receive a text message from him. According to CNN, millions of Americans can expect a text message from 45 that will serve as a test run, 'Presidential Alert.'
The message is set to be sent around 2:18 ET tomorrow, Wednesday, October 3. It will supposedly read “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed." CNN explained that the test is “not a political message, but an emergency test message sent from Donald as part of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s system to warn the public in cases of national emergencies.”
Earlier today, Trump told a reporter, “it’s a very scary time for young men in America," following discussions about Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh who has had sexual assault allegations brought against him. "What do you say to young men in America?" asked a reporter. "Well, I’d say that it’s a very scary time for young men in America when you can be guilty of something you may not be guilty of," responded Trump. He went on to say, "This is a very difficult time. What’s happening here has much more to do than even the appointment of a Supreme Court justice. It really does. You could be somebody who was perfect your entire life and somebody could accuse you of something."
