Nike is reportedly planning to rerelease the iconic Nike Shox R4 tomorrow, September 6, at select Nike retailers. The classic Shox sneakers first debuted in 2000 and quickly became a popular basketball sneaker thanks to the marketing campaign featuring Vince Carter, who rocked the Nike Shox BB4 on the court.
Tomorrow, the Shox R4 will release in an OG white/metallic silver/red colorway that combines a perforated white leather upper with metallic silver overlays and red Shox springs. Additional details include reflective hits on the toe and heel for extra visibility and a black outsole. According to Sneaker News, this particular pair is the very first colorway that debuted 18 years ago.
The kicks are expected to retail for $140. It's unclear how many stores will have the Nike Shox R4 in stock tomorrow, but one place that will definitely be carrying the sneakers is Nike.com.
