Our prayers were certainly not ignored.

When Lil Wayne dropped Tha Carter V after years of anticipation, our prayers were finally answered. For the most part, the album was exactly what it needed to be. It was equal parts hype and introspective. We also got some of Weezy's clever wordplay, which we had craved for so long. For some, C5 only helped to serve the argument that Tunechi is the G.O.A.T. Others were less impressed by the work, expecting more for their years of patience. With the album finally out, it's hard to find a reason to complain about it. Throughout the last few days, Wayne has been collaborating with streetwear designers to release exclusive merch capsules celebrating the album's release. Heron Preston, Advisory Board Crystals, and other brands have been included and yesterday, Weezy's collab with Ignored Prayers debuted.

Like every other product to have been announced, the long sleeve is a limited edition product, only being made available for 24 hours. It will disappear from the website at 5 PM today. Stylistically, this is one of the coolest products to release so far. Included in the bundle is a pre-sale code for an upcoming Lil Wayne headlining tour and a digital copy of Tha Carter V, which we're sure you already have at this point.

There are still a few more days in the merch countdown. Which designer are you hoping Tune collaborates with next? Check out the new item here.
