SZA shows love to everyone for "Ctrl" anniversary.

June 9th, 2017 was a special day for SZA and fans worldwide as she finally released her debut studio album, Ctrl. The 14-track tape was a gift, to say the least as it provided us with the perfect soundtrack of the summer with tunes that have been bumped to this day. The Missouri-born singer took to Instagram yesterday to share a message in light of her project's birthday thanking a number of people involved in the creation.

"To think this was a yr ago gives me anxiety and acute indigestion. I can’t think of what to say other than too much . Maybe words later?," she captioned the album's cover photo. "THANK YOU TO EVERY SOUL THAT EVER BUMPED A CUT AND CAUGHT A VIBE!! (or an attitude 😬🤷🏾‍♀️)YOU’VE CHANGED MY LIFE IN WAYS I ONLY PRAYED ABOUT . Thank you for allowing me to serve someone other than myself . I Promise to keep serving. Promise to keep surprising u . Promise to keep surprising myself . I love everyone."

Unfortunately, Ctrl will be one of two studio albums from the singer since she previously said that her next tape is her last.  "My world got so much smaller so fast. I have so much to write about. I feel like I’m in a cage. I’m making the best album of my life for this next album and I know that... because it’s going to be my last album," she said.

Let's hope things change.
