Back in April, Tyga was sued by Heavy Rotation after the promotional company claimed Tyga bailed on three concerts in the Middle East after paying him $141K. According to reports, Tyga received the money and then pulled out saying another club was going to pay him more. Heavy Rotation says they suffered monetary damages and sued Tyga for $1.4 million.
The Blast now reports that Tyga is looking to get the case dropped, refuting allegations that he bailed on the performances. The "Hookah" rapper says it's the promoters fault since they "failed to get the appropriate approvals from the club he was supposed to perform at." He wants the entire case dismissed.
In other Tyga news, he recently talked about his famous ex Kylie Jenner taking credit for making her relevant. "You need black people to fuck with you cause you need culture. I had a lot to do with all that," he said of their relationship. Kylie or her new beau Travis Scott has yet to say a word on the statement.
