The Starbucks boycott has been an ongoing topic since a viral video showed two Black men getting arrested for just sitting in the popular coffee house. T.I. was one of many big names to join in on the boycott saying, "we should preserve our right to stop spending our money at places that don't respect us equally." Since the two men, Rashon Nelson and Donte Robinson, have been released from custody they've been interviewed on the matter explaining how "this is something that has been going on for years and everyone’s blind to it but they know what’s going on."
Hearing those two statements alone makes it a pretty easy choice to just maybe reconsider where you want to grab your next hot drink. For Lil Xan, he's still choosing Starbucks and it's safe to say he may have no idea of the recent events or he doesn't seem to be bothered. The "So Far" rapper was spotted by TMZ flaunting his Starbucks goods with fellow rapper $teven Cannon. The duo was seen in West Hollywood grabbing a refreshment and a bite.
"We were there for a real reason, a real deal that we were working on," Rashon said. "We put in a lot of time, energy, effort. ... We were at a moment that could have a positive impact on a whole ladder of people, lives, families. So I was like, 'No, you're not stopping that right now."
