Nick Cannon will say goodbye to his Top 40 radio show "Cannon's Countdown," but will revive his T.V. show "Wild N Out."

Nick Cannon is planning to get back to his multi-talented roots, with work on film, T.V., and an album. The T.V. work includes reviving his show "Wild N Out," but, in order to do so, Nick has to let go of his "Cannon's Countdown" radio show. Nick recently made the announcement, saying that he would like to dedicate himself fully to NCredible Entertainment.

Nick Cannon said in a statement that he plans to be back on the radio soon enough, although this time through his music. "I am extremely grateful to have had a broadcast home with CBS Radio," Cannon said. "It has been an amazing experience working with the team these past few years. I’ve made the difficult decision to step away from my on air duties in radio in order to have the time to dedicate to NCredible Entertainment and the various projects that I have on my plate in film, TV, retail and a new album. It is my plan to return to radio and my listeners very soon through my music.”

MTV will start airing the revived version of Nick Cannon's "Wild N Out" on July 9th, while Cannon's last radio show broadcast will be on June 8th. He will remain the host on "America's Got Talent," and he is also reported to be playing Freeway Ricky Ross in an upcoming biopic about the druglord.
