At the top of the month, Lil Yachty dropped off his Lil Boat 2 project laced with 17 tracks and features from 2 Chainz, Quavo, PnB Rock, Tee Grizzley, NBA YoungBoy, Lil Pump, Trippie Redd, and Offset. The cover art for the tape shows Yachty wearing a few stacked gold chains and in his latest sit down with GQ magazine the man explains how much each of them are and the significance to each piece, and more.
"I think at one point in my career I was addicted to buying jewelry," he says at the start of the video. "It's like a drug because, literally, you buy one thing and then it's just - you look at it for a couple weeks and then it gets small. You know, it be big when you first bought it and then it gets small and then you gotta get bigger shit."
The video takes some time as yachty unpacks his jewelry box and shows of his Simpson chain, his self-portrait trait, his Soulja Boy inspired chain, Quality Control chain, and his numerous diamond chains. The price range on these looks goes from $10,000 - $140,000. Watch below.
