"He does not at all mention anything about terrorism nor did he mention anything about hate."

The suspect behind the tragic Austin package killings that took the lives of innocent people, left a video confession before he set off a bomb in his own vehicle as police were closing in on him.

According to the New York Post, 23-year-old Mark Conditt's 25-minute video details how he made the six different explosives but no reason on why he did it.

“On this recording, the suspect describes the six bombs that he constructed with the level of specificity that he identified the differences among those six bombs,” Austin police chief Brian Manley told reporters. “We can account for each and every one one of (the bombs).”

Brian continued: “I know everybody is interested in a motive and understanding why, and we are never going to be able to put a (rationale) behind these acts. But what I can tell you having listened to that recording, he does not at all mention anything about terrorism nor did he mention anything about hate. But instead, it is the outcry of a very challenged young man, talking about challenges in his personal life that led him to this point.”

Mark's package explosives tragically killed 17-year-old Draylen Mason and 39-year-old Anthony Stephan House while seriously injuring four others.
