The Armory, one of the main Super Bowl LII party venues in Minneapolis, Minnesota was reportedly evacuated today due to a gas leak. The good news is things have been straightened out and operations have resumed as usual.
According to TMZ Sports, law enforcement responded to The Armory around 1pm today. Crews on the scene discovered the gas was coming from an above ground pressure relief valve, which was then completely drained was completely drained by crews.
The Armory is going to be one of the busiest concert venues all weekend, starting tomorrow, February 1st when the likes of Imagine Dragons, Machine Gun Kelly and Mura Masa are set to take the stage.
Pink, who will be singing the national anthem prior to Super Bowl LII, is set to perform at The Armory on Friday night. But that's not all. Jennifer Lopez will be in the building at The Armory the night before the Super Bowl and Super Bowl Sunday features guests such as Diddy, Cardi B, French Montana, G-Eazy and DJ Khaled.
The game will take place at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota on Sunday, February 4th. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30pm ET, airing on NBC. The spread is subject to vary slightly over the course of the next two weeks, but as of now the Patriots are favored by 4 points over the Eagles. The over/under point total is currently set at 48.5 points.
