Staying relevant almost solely from his foolishness on social media, Lil Pump is as high up in the ranks as Tekashi 6ix9ine when it comes to youngest troll in the rap game. While he may not have gone 7 for 7 like 6ix9ine on the Billboard charts, Pump has "Gucci Gang" and "Esskeetit" to thank for much of his financial success. As he prepares to read his first ever book, picking up The Autobiography of Gucci Mane, Pump has given an update on his upcoming mixtape Harvard Dropout, giving his fans a more concrete idea of when they can expect Pump to be yelling in their ears next.
The 17-year-old rapper took to his Instagram story to let his supporters know that the delayed tape will be arriving "sometime next month." He does not give an exact date so his team is likely still working on the specifics of the release but, considering it was expected as early as February of this year, its arrival will be welcomed with open arms. While "Esskeetit" is almost guaranteed to be included within the tracklist, the rest of the included songs will only be revealed closer to the release date.
Enjoying success with his one-off singles and self-titled project last year, Pump will look to propel himself into an even higher spot in rap's hierarchy. Do you think a Russ diss track will be on the forthcoming Harvard Dropout?
