Every year, Rolling Loud acts almost as the Coachella for rap fans. This year alone we were treated to all kinds of surprises, including special guest appearances, high-flying stunts, and the rekindling of friendships. What we didn't see, however, was Tekashi 6ix9ine, the rainbow-haired rap screamer who seemingly has beef with everyone in the rap game.
It seems as though 6ix9ine wasn't too happy that he wasn't included in this year's line-up, despite feeling that he deserved a spot, and in typical 6ix9ine fashion, went to Instagram in order to vent his frustrations to his fans.
"I'm the only nigga in the rap game that hasn't been to Rolling Loud," 6ix9ine says. "I'm actually the hottest nigga in the fucking rap game with six for six Billboard hits, platinum records, that hasn't touched that stage."
It doesn't take long for him to come up with a theory as to why he didn't get invited to the festival: the festival, and presumably the others acts booked for the festival, are too scared of 6ix9ine to invite him. He goes on to say how soft the rap game is, since they're supposedly afraid of a young kid with rainbow hair.
It's possible that Tekashi 6ix 9ine is right in that the Rolling Loud staff didn't want to deal with the potential consequences of bringing a controversial figure like him to the festival, but it's more likely that 6ix9ine is just mad that he didn't get a spot this year.
