According to XXL, Tay-K has been found in possession of a prohibited substance while in jail. The teenage phenom born born Taymor Travon McIntyre, is currently being held in a Correction Center in his home state of Texas. As of this writing, it is unclear what type of contraband was caught in his possession. Never-the-less a bond of $10,000 has been assigned for the offence, but since the judge presiding over his case wrote in a preventive clause, there is little chance it will come to pass.
Tay-K is backed against legal wall, and is likely to face some form of punishment for his role in the killing of a 21-year-old man in a botched home invasion. The incident and his subsequent arrest warrant led to his now-famous fugitive run, coinciding with the viral "The Race." The teenage fugitive was eventually apprehended by federal agents but not before his message reached the masses:
"Fuck a beat, I was tryna beat a case
But I ain't beat that case, bitch, I did the race."
In June, it was reported that Tay-K and his camp were facing a class action from the family of the victim, claiming he was profiting of the slaying of their son. Keep it peeled for updates on the developing story.
