Future brings the epic hip-hop festival to an explosive end.

Sunday evening, Future didn’t take his role as headliner of the final day of Rolling Loud Miami 2018 as a light task. Equipped with a five-piece band, coming through with two guitarists, a drummer, a keyboardist and his DJ, the Atlanta star didn’t leave much breathing room as he cut through a curated setlist that included tracks likes his Ace Hood-assisted “Bugatti,” DS2 standout “Thought It Was A Drought,” “Move That Dope,” and “Draco” among others.

He’d bring in some support from two backup dancers for A$AP Ferg’s “New Level” before offering up a live rendition of “Good Kush And Alcohol.” “Real Sisters” and “Freak Hoes” were up next before he dropped off something for the “fellas in the building right now” and hit it on the head with “Trap N-ggas.”

While Rolling Loud promised that Future would be coming in with a special surprise guest, Nayvadius overdelivered when he introduced Young Thug for the duo’s “Relationship” and Thug’s solo “Killed Before,” and followed it up with an appearance from Chris Brown for “High End” and “Loyal,” a moment in which Future took the opportunity to step offstage and return with a wardrobe change.

So began the ascent. He’d kick off the new phase with “Sh!T,” turn up the heat with “Commas,” get the crowd going on “Mask Off” and “March Madness” before offering up the biggest trick up his sleeve when Nicki Minaj’s “Chun-Li” began to blast over the speakers as she marched onstage to go through the cut in addition to her verses on “MotorSport” and “Rake It Up.”

The night would conclude with Future’s “Low Life” and “Karate Chop” before fireworks took over the sky, signaling the wrap for this year’s Rolling Loud festival in Miami.
