Robert Jones says Zay is gonna be fine.

Robert Jones, the father of Buffalo Bills wide receiver Zay Jones, took to twitter moments ago to give fans an update on their son who was arrested in Los Angeles last night. According to Robert, who played 10 seasons in the NFL, Zay Jones has been released from jail and is going to be fine.

"Thank you for your prayers everyone! Zay is with me and his mom! He’s gonna be fine! We love y’all!," tweeted Robert Jones.

According to ESPN, Officer Luis Garcia said Zay was naked, breaking glass doors and windows when officers arrived at an apartment building. His brother, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Cayleb Jones, was trying to prevent his brother from further injuring himself throughout the scary ordeal before police arrived.

Jones, 22, was arrested on suspicion of felony vandalism and his bail was set at $20,000.

The Buffalo Bills, the team that selected Zay Jones in the second-round of the 2017 NFL Draft, have released the following statement, "We are aware of the incident involving Zay Jones. We are still in the process of gathering more information on the matter. At this point, we will have no further comment."
