Mac Miller is facing legal trouble again, as now Donald Trump is planning to sue over the song that bares his name on a Miller mixtape.

This past summer Mac Miller was faced with a $10 million lawsuit from Lord Finesse for beat-jacking his tune on “Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza” which appeared on his hit K.I.D.S. mixtape.  Now someone is after money from Miller again for a track that appeared on a free mixtape.   Donald Trump has taken to Twitter to put the Pittsburgh artist on blast and is threatening to sue for the track titled “Donald Trump.”

Originally, it seemed as though the Rostrum artist and the real estate tycoon were on good terms, as Trump had reached out to the young rapper when the song was enjoying great success.  Perhaps catching wind of Miller’s settlement with Lord Finesse, or perhaps just in a more ornery mood than usual, Donald Trump says he wants residuals for the track’s success.

On Twitter he accuses Mac of illegally using his name on the track which appeared on his Best Day Ever mixtape, and says “Little @MacMiller, I want the money not the plaque you gave me!” and carries on, “Little @MacMiller, I’m now going to teach you a big boy lesson about lawsuits and finance.  You ungrateful dog!”

[Update: Mac Miller Responds To Donald Trump On Twitter]

After Donald Trump went on one of his signature tirades against Mac Miller the Pittsburgh native took his time and calmly responded looking to end any ill will, "I'm not trying to put any negative energy into the world @realDonaldTrump let's be friends."

Hopefully after not getting the heated response he was hoping for, Trump will chill out on the "lawsuit" chatter, as Miller has had enough of that in recent months.
