Last month, Jamie Foxx almost got "Me Too'd." The multi-talented artist was accused of slapping a woman in the face with his penis sixteen years ago, but the victim only recently came forward. The alleged victim claimed that she attended a party at Foxx's residence when he asked her to perform oral sex on him. When she did not agree, she claims that he slapped her in the face with his penis. The story didn't seem to add up in the first place, as it would be physically difficult to slap someone in the face with your privates in mid-conversation unless for some reason they were already around waist level. Foxx adamantly denied the accusations and even threatened to counter sue his accuser. Now, TMZ is reporting that the case has been closed.
The alleged assault took place in Las Vegas, and LVPD has informed TMZ that the statute of limitations has long been reached for the case. Although the assault was filed as an "open" case, Nevada's statute of limitations only lasts for three years. As far as a civil case, the statute of limitations has been surpassed for that as well. It looks like Foxx is in the clear.
