Nasty C is one of the newest hip-hop artists to cross over from his native Africa to make it on our side of the pond. The South African emcee dropped off his Strings and Bling effort earlier in the summer, preceded by his fire collab with A$AP Ferg in the form of "King," which found a welcoming user rating of "VERY HOTTTTT" from the HNHH community.
Now, C and Ferg have come through to star in some compelling visuals for the single. Previously, Nasty C explained that the track wasn't necessarily about calling himself a king, but rather to mock others who use the word so loosely: "It’s about these kids who talk too much and I’m mocking the term ‘king’ because of how those guys call each other that.
Nevertheless, he lives up to the track's name as you catch Nasty C riding around on the top of a decked out G-Wagon, flipping from scene to scene with more sauce than the last.
Directed by JM Films, the clip is a crystal clear capture of Nasty C's potential as a formula of pure bars and outstanding presence equate to quite possibly the next big thing. Catch the clip up top and sound off with your thoughts below.
