Kim Kardashian is known for her reality television show, her beauty products, her mostly naked Instagram posts and her husband Kanye West and the one time she pauses from her bevy of entrepreneur endeavours to help someone, she gets blasted. Kim recently met with President Donald Trump to finally speak with him in person on freeing grandma Alice Marie Johnson after months of only talking to Donald's son-in-law Jared Kushner.
Her meeting went successfully and Alice was granted a pardon a week later. According to music video director Joseph Kahn - who has worked with Jennifer Lopez, Lady Gaga, Kylie Minogue, Taylor Swift and more - it's all a PR stunt. "What Kim Kardashian has done is used her connection with Trump to free a family member and score some PR points. In return, the right wing Trump party gets to use it as an example of his liberalism and heart and not do anything else. It’s called propaganda," he tweeted.
He added: "So the lesson here is sucking up to Trump works in our banana republic. Democracy RIP."
