It's a good day to be a hip-hop fan. Kendrick Lamar just won the Pultizer Prize for Music. Drake and J. Cole both announced new albums on the way. Royce Da 5'9" is set to drop his magnum opus, Book Of Ryan, on May 4th. It seems like we have an endless supply of good music to look forward to, and that's not even counting the gems that have already dropped. One such gem is PRhyme 2, which hit the streets back in March; while not quite as brilliant as its predecessor, the album was a solid offering from both legendary parties.
If you're one of the many who enjoyed the project, you may very well be interested in the following announcement. It seems like Royce and Primo will be taking their show on the road, hitting stops in Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, New York City, Detroit, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. While it's hardly extensive, it should prove exciting news for those lucky enough to be in close proximity to the chosen venues.
Royce spoke about the tour to Complex, stating ""I look forward to getting back on the road and touring the country with Preem as PRhyme. We had so much fun making this album and having the ability to share our vision with the world via our one of a kind live show is a great reward."
