No revised contract, no problem says Le'Veon Bell. The Pittsburgh Steelers' franchise running back is at odds with his employers over a salary dispute, and is willing to boycott training camp until ownership changes their tune. In the meantime, Bell will make good use of his free time by furthering his rap career. His new EP My Side of Things is readily available on all streaming platforms for purchase or play.
But in a twist of fate, it's not Steeler's management, but fellow NFLer LeSean McCoy that ends on the receiving end of a subliminal chair shot on his EP. On "The Table" Le'Veon references the incident in which McCoy was accused of posting on the jewelry he'd purchased his ex-girlfriend. Bell refers to McCoy as "Shady," a nickname bestowed by his mother because of his mood swings as a child.
"We're not about to play around, if you play around get exposed
I got homies there to take you out if certain information gets disclosed
All these n***as acting shady, just please don't make me pull a Shady
We're not about to play around, if you play around get exposed
I got homies there to take you out if certain information gets disclosed
All these women want my baby, just please don't make me pull a Shady."
See who else got the wrong end of the stick on My Side of Things.
