J Cole comes through with another listening session, this time in London.

You've gotta respect J Cole for this one. On the same day Drake announced his album title and release month, Cole came through with the one-up. Not only did J Cole announce his new album KOD will be dropping this Friday, April 20th, but he capped off the news with a massive concert in New York City. The fans swarmed in abundance, lining up entire city blocks and solidifying an undeniable truth. While J. Cole may not be as flashy as some of his contemporaries, he's as big as any of them.

Now, Cole is wasting little time in spreading the good wood. He has recently announced another listening in London, which is set to pop off tonight at 7 PM, first come first serve. The rules remain the same. No phones. No cameras. No bags. No press list. No guest list. There's no doubt his overseas fanbase will prove as loyal as his North American ones, and it wouldn't be surprising to see Cole popping up in various worldwide cities during the days leading up to his album release.

Details on the album, which is apparently an acronym for "kidz on drugz," "king overdose," or "kill our demonz," have already begun to surface. Apparently, Cole recorded the whole thing in two weeks. Reports from the concert reveal the presence of 808 drums and plenty of flow experimentation. Suffice it to say, KOD is going to be massive, and may very well be the classic that Cole fans so covet. Check back Friday to find out.
