Chance and the O'My's are singin' in the rain.

It was a great idea for the O'My's to recruit Chance The Rapper for their big single from their new album TomorrowOn "Idea," Chance channels his more laid-back flow that we haven't heard in quite this way since the days of Acid Rap. He comes through with the content too; the whole verse is an extended boat metaphor that somehow manages not to stay out of cheesy territory and fits perfectly with the O'My's James Blakey piano and vocals.

The video is shot in black-and-white, with the O'My's Nick Hennessey dripping with rain and playing piano while bandmate Maceo Haymes belts it out in the background, also sopping wet. Luckily for Chano, he gets an umbrella under which to rap his whole verse and sing a little pre-chorus which transitions seamlessly into the chorus, reminding us of how well he harnesses his spoken word side to straddles the parallel worlds of hip-hop and the more sing-songy world of songs like "Idea."
