Donald Trump has another case on his hands.

President Donald Trump has yet another woman coming after him looking to lose a non-disclosure agreement to speak on an affair that happened before he was sworn into office. Former Playboy model Karen McDougal is suing American Media Inc., the company that owns The National Enquirer after they paid her $150,000 to tell her account of the affair but did not publish the story. The move is described as a "catch and kill" as the chief executive of the company is said to be good friends with Donald.

Karen says she and Donald had a 10-month affair and he continues to deny the account, the same way he denies the affair with Stormy Daniels. Stormy was also held into a non-disclosure agreement but has seemingly gotten ahead of Karen in her legal battle as she's set to tell her side of the story on 60 Minutes this Sunday.

As we know, Donald's personal attorney, Michael Cohen, admitted to paying Stormy money to not talk about her experience with Donald where she has since violated the contract and may be subject to paying $20 million as a penalty.

“The lawsuit filed today aims to restore her right to her own voice,” Karen's lawyer Peter K. Stris tells The New York Times. “We intend to invalidate the so-called contract that American Media Inc. imposed on Karen so she can move forward with the private life she deserves.”
