Yoko Gold is hiding behind a gold mannequin no longer. The Toronto singer started to patch together origin story with his debut record "Gone." He followed that up with "Ayyo," but a comprehensive look we still lacked, until now. The "Ayyo" music video tests the very patience of a man waiting on his shorty in the fitting room. Such is the case when you date model types almost exclusively. But kidding aside, Yoko is willing to bear the duller moments, because he's got a bad itch for his woman, he assures us.
Yoko Gold is cut in the mold of the modern R&B impresario, much like Tory Lanez, whom he's noted as his inspiration. The video tapers off in the 2nd half, as Yoko breaks apart. He declines refreshments served to him while his giant flamingo pool float sets adrift, then as luck would have it, he and shorty witness the aforementioned gold mannequin plunder into flames, as if they were privy to some kind of regenesis ritual.
