Chance The Rapper speaks up on the tragic Austin package bombings.

The recent wave of bombings in Austin, Texas are still under investigation as the alarming incidents are targeting black and brown people. The first explosion in Austin happened on March 2nd that killed Anthony Stephan House who was a black man. The next two bombings took place on March 12th and killed 17-year-old Draylen Mason (also black) and seriously injured a Hispanic woman a few hours after at another location.

After another bombing at a Fed-Ex facility in San Antonio, injuring one person, Chance The Rapper has tweeted about the matter saying that even if you are not from Texas, these tragic happenings should matter to all "elected officials."

"Someone is serial murdering Black and Latino men and women in Texas right now," he stated. "One of them was just a boy. Hold your leaders accountable. Even if you aren’t from Texas, your elected officials should be talking about this. #AustinBombings."

Police believe the San Antonio bombing is connected to the Austin bombings.
