Just a month after news broke of his divorce from his wife of two years, rapper Logic dropped a bag to the tune of $3.57 million on an expansive bachelor pad situated on the west Los Angeles suburb of Calabasas, Calif. Now, according to new reports, the rapper has already put the crib back on the market and is asking for about $1 million less than what he paid for it.
The home, built in 2004, sits on 1.5 acres of land and expands up to 7,075-square feet while hosting 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. When he initially bought the house, it signaled a new chapter in the Everybody rapper’s life after leaving behind his relationship with wife Jessica Andrea, notably featured on the cover of his Bobby Tarantino II mixtape, released back in March.
There’s no clear reason as to why the rapper is now ditching the new house and taking a million-dollar loss on its pending sale. Odds are that he won’t be sweating it too much as he just inked a $30 million deal with Def Jam Recordings. As the summer kicks in, he probably wouldn’t have spent much time in the home either as he’s getting ready to embark on his "Bobby Tarantino Vs. EVERYBODY" tour, with supporting guests NF and Kyle, whose own Light Of Mine debut is set to drop next week.
The trek will kick off on June 8th in Boston before weaving through cities like Philadelphia, Atlanta, Detroit, Toronto, Phoenix, Houston, and Dallas before wrapping up in St. Louis on August 3rd.
