It’s been a minute since we last heard anything new from Marsha Ambrosius. In fact, it’s been damn near 4 years since the R&B singer last dropped off her sophomore album, Friends & Lovers, having opted to concentrate on motherhood and family life instead. Today, that all changes as Marsha returns with a brand new album called Nyla, which is named after her 16-year old daughter.
Laced with 16 tracks in total, the follow up to Friends & Lovers features a lone appearance from Maroon 5’s PJ Morton, who appears on the album outro's “Hello, Goodbye.” Other song titles include "I Got It Bad," "Scorn" & "How High" to name a few.
Out now via eOne, fans can stream the singer’s new project in its entirety via Apple Music or Spotify.
