David Labrava, who is best known for playing Happy on the hit FX Show Sons of Anarchy, has just endured a traumatic experience that will forever haunt him.
The actor's son Tycho recently committed suicide at 16 years-old, and showed no physical or social signs of depression prior to his death. Labrava was taken by surprise, and is all the more sorrowful having not been able to communicate with his beloved son in order to potentially impede his suicide.
Taking to social media, Labrava lamented Tycho's passing with a collection of photos of the two from happier times. "Never in a million tears would I think I would be posting this. This is my boy Tycho. He took his life a couple of days ago at 16 years old," he captioned the gallery. "He suffered from a depression we couldnt see because he was a happy young kid. Communicate with your loved ones, there might not be any signs. Cherish them🙏 I am broken 😭."
Labrava has set up a GoFundMe account in order to raise funds for a depression and bipolar disorder organization, which was the teenager's last wish before taking his own life. 100% of those proceeds will be donated, and you can find his GoFundMe page here.
