The Chris Brown drama is never-ending. Even when you think a case is closed, apparently, it's not. Chris' brawl with Frank Ocean is still under investigation, although we thought Frank wasn't looking to press charges, and the case had been closed, TMZ reports today that Chris is being investigated for criminal battery.
TMZ says that the file for the two r'n'b singers' fight is still active in the L.A. County D.A.'s office, and they are deciding whether or not to prosecute Breezy for battery (even though Frank doesn't wish too).
On top of this, Brown is also being investigated for a hit-and-run (which he denies). Either subject could arise at Chris Brown's probation hearing, which is taking place today.
