It appears Desiigner won’t be getting in trouble after all for allegedly flashing a NYC motorist last month in broad daylight. The last we heard was that cops were looking into the footage to see if legal actions were necessary, but it appears he caught a break. Law enforcement told TMZ that detectives on Desiigner's case received the video they wanted from surrounding buildings, where the rapper allegedly exposed himself to a person in the street after an apparent road rage incident, but authorities say the footage wasn’t any good because it was too far away.
Sources say the people in the video looked like ants on camera, and it's impossible to tell if Desiigner actually exposed himself. In addition that, the original clip never showed Desiigner expose himself, nor did the alleged victim ever come forward to cooperate with the investigation after leaving the scene. So it looks like the G.O.O.D Music rapper can now put this behind him, and hopefully have learned a lesson in the process.
As for when we can expect some new music from the Brooklyn rapper is anyone's guess. Last month, Mike Dean said that Desiigner's long waited debut album, Life Of Desiigner, was finally being mastered, but the project has been years in the making so who knows when it’ll actually be dropping.
We’ll continue to keep you posted moving forward though. Stay tuned.
