Earlier today, reports surfaced that Mac Miller and Ariana Grande had called it quits on their relationship. According to TMZ's report, the two decided to call it quits due to their work schedule. However, they maintained a strong bond regardless of their relationship status. While the rumors swirled and neither party commented since the report, Ariana Grande took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message to her followers.
Ariana Grande shared a statement on her relationship with Mac Miller. She further confirmed what the reports said and reassured her fans that she and Mac Miller remain "best friends."
"this is one of my best friends in the whole world and favorite people on the planet malcolm mccormick. I respect and adore him endlessly and am grateful to have him in my life in any form, at all times regardless of how our relationship changes or what the universe holds for each of us!" the post read, "Unconditional love is not selfish. It is wanting the best for that person even if at the moment, it's not you... I can't wait to know and support you forever and I'm so proud of you!!"
Thankfully, this isn't a messy break up and Ariana Grande clearly harbors no hard feelings towards Mac Miller. Mac Miller's yet to share any statements but we'll keep you posted if he does.
