Post Malone shows love to Eminem as only he knows how.

Currently on tour with 21 Savage, Post Malone has shown himself to be a bonafide superstar, recently releasing beerbongs & bentleys, which has managed to stay in many people's rotations despite a loaded release calendar. With several potential "song of the summer" candidates sitting within the b&b tracklist, Post cannot do any wrong at the moment. With nobody in the game like him, Malone offers a breath of fresh air as his rockstar exterior is completely unique in hip-hop. While their music is not similar in the least bit, Posty was compared to Eminem early in his career. The connection was likely only drawn because they're both white rappers and, although he has never collaborated with Em in the past, Post is showing him love in a recent tweet.

The message could just as likely be interpreted as a diss but, judging by how often he has been using the word as a term of endearment, it's pretty clear Post is a fan of Shady. Replying to a photo of Eminem backstage at the Governor's Ball, Posty frankly wrote, "ur a nerdπŸ’•πŸ’•πŸŽΈπŸŽΈπŸ»πŸ»." Coming mostly from out of nowhere, the reply was hidden from much of the "White Iverson" artist's 3.7 million followers since he simply responded to an existing tweet. In a separate post, the rockstar is seen jamming out to Metallica with his tourmate Paris, who has also been subject to Malone's name-calling on social media.

With Post revealing that he is already writing his next album, could he be leaning more towards his rock influences in the b&b follow-up?
