Cardi B has some words for men who publicly ride for #MeToo.

Cardi B's meteoric rise to fame has hit a new milestone. The rapper has landed a spot as Cosmopolitan's April cover girl, and as such, hooked the magazine up with their "most explicit interview ever." In that regard, the conversation delivers exactly what it promises. One receives all manners of Bardi pearls, including "none of these bitches is going to eat my pussy at the end of the day," and "if I change myself, then I’m going to lose myself, and I won’t be who makes me happy." Throughout the conversation, Cardi opens up about a variety of topics, including the #MeToo social movement, Offset, and more.

By now, everybody is well familiar with Cardi's stripper come-up, and while she remains proud of her past, she does feel as if the world remains close-minded toward those who pursue such a profession. Even with movements like #MeToo coming to the forefront of Hollywood culture, Cardi doesn't exactly think hip-hop will feel the effects.

“A lot of video vixens have spoke about this and nobody gives a fuck,” says Cardi. “When I was trying to be a vixen, people were like, ‘You want to be on the cover of this magazine?’ Then they pull their dicks out. I bet if one of these women stands up and talks about it, people are going to say, ‘So what? You’re a ho. It don’t matter.’” She also casts doubt upon the men who publicly proclaim allegiance to #MeToo. "These producers and directors, they’re not woke, they’re scared.”

The wisdom of Cardi B is knows no boundaries. For more, including some insight into her relationship with Offset, peep the full story here. We await the arrival of her debut album with bated breath.
