Would a project titled Drip God be fully complete without a song dedicated entirely to water? Sauce Walka isn't messing with Aquafina or Poland Spring either, he's only drinking the finest liquids to keep him hydrated. Waking up this morning, we were granted with a few surprises. The most obvious was Eminem's new album dropping out of nowhere but in the mix, Sauce Walka dropped his new project Drip God, featuring an appearance from the late XXXTentacion, marking one of the few times we've heard his voice on record since his untimely passing.
The saucy new track is in the middle of a packed tracklist, which includes Chief Keef, Bun B, and Hoodrich Pablo Juan, surprising the listener as X brags over production by DJ Carnage. The two only rep the finest of water brands, coming through with the "Voss" to drip on everybody on this cut. The aminated cover art was designed by DIGITALiiNK, showing the artist in true Drip God mode. With XXX having worked with an array of artists during his time on the planet, it's still surprising to hear one of his first posthumous appearances on a track with Sauce Walka.
The track goes hard and is ready for your Friday night cruise to the party. What are your thoughts?
Quotable Lyrics:
Chandelier sized diamonds in my mouth, you can tell I'm from the South, yeah
If the b-tch get some money, bad with some booty, I might pop her off, yeah
If I enter in a room, and hear two n---as plottin', I'ma knock ya off, yeah
I drip like a boss, yeah
