We're only two days into the 2018 NBA Playoffs but the product has been fantastic thus far and the tv ratings reflect as much.
According to ESPN's Darren Rovell, ratings for the four games on the opening Saturday were up 17% from last year, making it the highest opening Saturday in five years. On Sunday, the four games were just as entertaining.
We saw the Bucks and Celtics trade last second threes in a wild overtime thriller, Victor Oladipo lead the Pacers to a stunning 98-80 victory over LeBron James and the Cavs, "Playoff P" take over in OKC, and James Harden drop 44 on the Minnesota Timberwolves. Tonight, the playoffs will continue with a TNT double-header starting with Heat vs Sixers at 8:00pm ET, followed by Spurs at Warriors at 10:30pm ET.
