Jeezy is making boss moves for his label, CTE World, and that generally means: discovering new talent and signing new talent. To that end, the rapper has recently touted the signing of two upcoming acts, one from the West Coast, YG, and a duo also from the ATL, Doughboyz Cashout. It's safe to say the two are disparate but similar in their gangster approach to their music and their penchant for street talk, and shit talk.
Now, in a brand new, albeit brief, interview with Revolt TV, Jeezy talks about his young signees. "It's so easy for me to relate to them cause I been through everything they been through, there's nothing they can tell me that I say nah I haven't been through that," he starts.
Jeezy goes on to talk about being a fan of YG before he even knew who he was, and his West Coast roots, as well. Finally, the OG talks about when YG's first album is expected to drop, while giving it hefty praise (he calls it "incredible") and more.
Take a look at the interview, and stay tuned for new music from both YG and Doughboyz Cashout.
