One of the many perks of being a student-athletes at the University of Oregon is access to all of the Nike gear and apparel, as well as the occasional, limited edition Air Jordan PEs. Over the years we've seen some of the most coveted sneakers done up in Oregon Ducks flavor, such as the "Oregon Ducks" Air Jordan 3s, Air Jordan 5s and Air Jordan XIVs.
Last night, the Oregon Ducks Track & Field team revealed the latest addition to the ever-growing line of Ducks-inspired Air Jordans, which comes in the form of a black and yellow Air Jordan 13. Both the football and basketball teams at the University of Oregon have recently been blessed with special edition 13s of their own, but this Track & Field rendition might be the best of the three.
The kicks feature a combination of black tumbled leather and a smooth black suede on the upper, accompanied by yellow detailing throughout, including the school's "O" logo on the tongue and duck mascot on the Air Jordan 13s hologram logo.
Of course, this special edition pair will remain exclusive to the Ducks' Track & Field roster, but we can still admire them from afar. Take a closer look at the "Track & Field" 13s in the post embedded below, followed by some pics of the basketball and football teams' PEs.
