G-Eazy just celebrated his 29th birthday last week by dropping off three new songs for fans, including “Power,” “Wasabi," & “Over Me,” but there looks to be more where that comes from. On Tuesday night, the Bay Area rapper decided to reveal that he has an upcoming collab with Vic Mensa & DJ Marshmello on the way as well.
Young Gerald shared a screenshot of a group text that includes both Vic Mensa & Marshmello in it, where the three are commenting on their forthcoming song “Reverse.” Marshmello simply left a couple “fire emojis,” while G-Eazy shared a few purple devil emojis.
Marshmello then later revealed on Twitter that the single will be dropping this Friday, and that he’s responsible for the production. However he didn’t clarify where the single will be ending up, but he did announce that he’s dropping a second single Friday off his forthcoming Joytime II project, which is coming soon.
So while we play the waiting game for now, check out the announcement (below) and be sure to check back Friday (or Thursday night at midnight) to hear the anticipated collab. Who's excited to hear the collab?
