Valee roams the streets like an tortured artist in "Vlone."

Valee continues to be prolific with regards to his work ethic. Catching fire off the strength of his GOOD Job, You Found Me EP and infectious, often-jocked flow, Valee has emerged as one of 2018's breakout trendsetters. Today, he continues to enhance his EP with visuals, bringing forth a LVTR Toinne directed clip for "Vlone." Apparently "based on a novel by Valee," the melancholic video finds our protagonist roaming the streets, masked like he's channelling Miss Me, looking for love and/or Chinese food. Not necessarily in that order.

Visually, the clip is rather straightforward, with well composed cinematography and an interesting color grade. Overall, it seems to focus on an internal struggle of sorts, though perhaps looking for deeper thematic resonance is better left for the scholars. In any case, Valee continues to excite, especially when he's accompanying the video with "Cruel Winter. new music coming very soon." Peep "Vlone" now.
