Last time we got to see Ebhoni, she came off as a modern "around the way girl" with her music video for "Opps." This time around, the Canadian artist offers a more sultry visual treatment for her single "Warning."
The scene is hazy as Ebhoni's crew parties to her one-night stand anthem with youngins catching whines to her risqué lyrics: “I don’t really need you falling in love, one night boy that’s all it was."
The clip was directed by Christine Boachie, the same director that blessed "Opps," at Mississauga’s Flavours Restaurant. The production serves real block party vibes to suit this version of the Toronto singer's track.
Ebhoni opened up about how multiple versions of "Warning" came to be.
“This started as one version—darker, mysterious. The lyrics are about girls knowing what they want, and then when [artist] Charly Black joined it turned into this dancehall anthem. I couldn’t part with either version so I’m putting out both.”
