The official "Joyride" countdown begins.

Tinashe has finally come through for her fans as she's just released the official date of arrival and album cover for her anticipated album Joyride. Earlier today we posted about assumptions circling the web that entertained the idea that it would be dropped on April 13th and the clues have proven to be true!

Taking to Instagram, the "No Drama" singer posts a photo of the album cover with the caption "The wait is over. JOYRIDE 4•13."

Joyride has been a few years in the making - we're talking all the way back to September 2015. She even postponed her tour in April of 2016 to finish the album but still, it didn't arrive. Since then she's dropped off some singles and even her Nightride project but fans always had this sophomore album in the back of their heads.

So far she's released the Future-assisted track "No Drama" and "Faded Love" as singles. The next thing Tinashe could do is reveal a tracklist - that would really get us going!

In the meantime peep her latest video below - it's a good one.
