Travis Scott goes to court over alleged blackmail.

Travis Scott has a lot on his plate at the moment. He's a new father to his daughter Stormi, and he's gearing up for the release of his latest album, Astroworld. However, it seems that Travis has some unfinished business to take care of, as he's suing a luxury car rental company over a six-figure extortion attempt related to a car crash he suffered back in 2012.

Documents obtained by The Daily Mail claim that after Travis rented and crashed a Lamborghini Aventador from Super Cars of Miami, the shop not only billed him for repairs to the car, but threatened to tell the tabloids about the details of the crash if Travis didn't pay them an extra $100K.

There is no police report on record for the details of the crash, and there's no evidence that Travis was even driving the car at the time of the incident. Kylie Jenner, who was eight months pregnant at the time, was also not present for the incident.

The suit claims that Super Cars was attempting to "violate the terms of the confidentiality provision contained in the settlement agreement by making specious and salacious claims to news agencies and tabloids regarding the accident," and that the information they were threatening to leak would cause Travis, "irreparable harm to his established goodwill and reputation."

Super Cars decided to sue Travis in return, claiming breach of contract and negligence on the part of the rapper. They also claim that Travis hasn't paid for the loss of rental income that resulted from the car accident.
