Kanye West speaks in depth about his future plans in fashion, design and more.

The Hollywood Reporter published a conversation between designer Axel Vervoordt and Kanye West. The conversation spoke on several topics including art, design and more. However, one part of the conversation that particularly stood out was when Kanye revealed that he's working on a philosophy book.

"I've got this new concept that I've been diggin' into. I'm writing a philosophy book right now called Break the Simulation. And I've got this philosophy," 'Ye said. "I've got a concept about photographs, and I'm on the fence about photographs — about human beings being obsessed with photographs — because it takes you out of the now and transports you into the past or transports you into the future. It can be used to document, but a lot of times it overtakes [people]. People dwell too much in the memories."

In the piece, Kanye West also opened up about Virgil Abloh being named the head of Louis Vuitton. Obviously, Abloh's role in Kanye's Yeezy brand was one of the most important factors in their success. He said that Abloh's new position was weighing on his mind heavily since the announcement.

"Because [Abloh and I] have been fighting to make apparel at a certain price that still has the same credibility and desirability as something at a higher price." He said, "But when they say he was my creative director, that's incorrect. He was a creative collaborator."
