Russell can't get the bag.

Russell Simmons just can't seem to find someone who wants to live in his New York City penthouse, located in the Financial District. According to The New York Post, the former Def Jam mogul is selling his lavish second home for $9.92 million. Russell once lived there with his ex-wife Kimora Lee Simmons, and when they split in 2006 he paid her a share and claimed it as his own.

The home is a 7,175-square-foot duplex loft with five bedrooms. Apparently, Russell has put the home up for sale before, once in 2012 for $11 million and before in 2005 for the same amount. It seems as though his recent non-successful efforts in selling his home may be linked to the numerous allegations of sexual assault by a number of women. The 60-year-old has denied all allegations pinned on him and in one Instagram post he says that he will "be fine."

"The reason I haven’t been too angry about my personal situation is because listening intently to the dialogue around the #metoo movement has inspired me to look beyond my personal scenario," he said. "In the end I’ll be fine. I’ve accepted responsibility for the life that I have lived and been very forcefully and vehemently denying accusations for things that I have not done. "
